POSSESSION CONTROLED SUBSTANCE .WAS IN SAME PARKING LOT AS WENDYES BUY MAGIC MOUNTAIN AROUND 4:30PM FRIDAY NEEDED TO FIND WALLET IN TRUNK OF VECHICLE BECAUSE NEEDED MY MONEY AND PULLED CAR OVER IN PARKING LOT NEXT TO AN ISLAND IN PARKING LOT TURNED HAZARDS ON GOT OUT LOOKED IN TRUNK FOUND WALLET CLOSED TRUNK GOT BACK IN VEHICLE THAT WAS STILL RUNNING WITH MY GIRLFRIEND IN VEHICLE WITH WINDOWS ROLLED UP ,AC PUMPING IT WAS HOT THAT DAY.I GET BACK INTO MY CAR AS I WAS ABOUT TO PULL AWAY I HERE A TAP AT MY WINDOW I OPEN DOOR SHUT MY DOOR LOCKING THE CAR DOOR BEHINGD ME WITH CAR RUNNING GIRLFRIEND INSIDE WITH WINDOWS ROLLED UP THE POLICE MAN ASKED FOR DRIVERS LICENCE I GAVE HIM MY ID BECAUSE I HAD LOST MY DRIVERS LICENCE ON OUR TRIP BACK FROM BAY AREA.I ASKED WHY HE WAS PULLING ME OVER FOR .HE STATED BECAUSE I WAS PARKED IN A FIRE ZONE I EXSPLAINED THAT IT WAS HOT AND THERE WAS NO SHADE ANY WHERE ELSE BUT HE WAS RIGHT I SHOULDNT OF STOPED THERE BUT I WASNT PLANNING ON LEAVING CAR THERE CAUSE I WAS JUST GRABBING MY WALLET .HE THEN ASKED ME TO PUT MY HANDS BEHIND MY BACK PLACED ME IN HIS POLICE CAR .MY PASSENGER WAS THEN COHERST TO OPEN HER DOOR OR THEY WERE GOING TO CALL K-9 UNIT IN TO SEARCH CAR I THEN SCREAMED I DO NOT CONCENT YOUR SEARCH OF ME OR ANY ONE OR PERSONS OR THINGS WITH OUT A WARRENT THEY THEN WHEN SHE GOT OUT IN FEAR OF THERE INTIMIDATION OF SHES GOING TO JAIL UNLESS SHE LET THEM INSIDE THE CAR SO SHE GOT OUT AND THEY PLACED HER IN FRONT OF THE POLICE CAR I WAS IN AND THEN BEGAIN SEARCHING CAR AND WITH OUT ASKING THEN THE TRUNK THEN HER BUY A FEMALE OFFICER THAT WAS CALLED IN SHE ALSO THEN SAID SHE DID NOT CONCENT TO ANY SEARCH OF HER SELF PERSONS OR THINGS THEY THEN PUT HER IN A SEPERATE POLICE VEHICLE CONTINUED SEARCH THEN FOUND WHAT LITTLE DRUGS THAT WERE BURRIED IN TRUNK THEN TOOK US TO JAIL WERE THEN I HAD US BAILED OUT

Hello, I'm contacting this site because i'm in need of a defense lawyer. The reason for my need is because I'm accused of larceny. Here's my case. Back on May 9, 2010 I was in Target in Dearborn with my 2 sisters between 8pm and 9pm and we went to the women's underwear department. After looking at a few pairs of underwear for my girlfriend I handed them back to my sister unknowing that she was putting them in her purse. After handing her the underwear, I left both sisters in the department and went to the baby department to purchase some diapers, then i went to the snack department to purchase either 2 or 3 cases of soda. I then proceded to hygiene to purchase mouthwash. During this entire time I wasn't aware of what my sisters were doing which was stealing underwear and lipstick. When we finally met back up we were in the sporting goods department scanning prices when the police and security guards approached us. My sisters went into the restroom with the underwear and concelled them inside their purses. I had the items I had intended to purchase inside of a shopping cart. When the police officer searched me they didn't find any merchandise on my. The only things that were taken out of my pocket was my keys, cell phone and wallet. I have went to court 3 times so far; however I do have a trail date on Aug 11, 2010 at 8am. I would like to speak to an attorney as soon as possible
