Over the years, E. Lavoyd Morgan, Jr. has built his career by zealously representing clients from all walks of life. E. Lavoyd Morgan, Jr. was born and raised in Ronceverte, West Virginia. Mr. Morgan graduated cum laude from Concord College in Athens, West Virginia in 1992 with Bachelors of Arts degrees in both sociology and Political Science. Mr. Morgan went on to receive his doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1995 from Campbell University School of Law in Buies Creek, North Carolina. While at Campbell University, Mr. Morgan received numerous awards and was selected to serve on the staff of the Campbell Law Observer. Mr. Morgan also served as vice president of the Federalist Society, and was a case writer for the nationally publicized Religious Freedom Reporter. Mr. Morgan was also a teaching assistant to the Honorable J. Stanley McQuaid. E. Lavoyd Morgan, Jr. was admitted to the practice of law on October 2, 1995 and is licensed to practice in all federal and states courts of West Virginia and the Fourth Circuit of Appeals. Mr. Morgan has extensive experience litigating both civil and criminal cases and appeals in state and federal courts.

Mr. Morgan has previously been selected to the nationally recognized Who's Who Among Executives and Professionals. Mr. Morgan is a member of State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the West Virginia Association for Justice, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and serves on the Board of Directors of the ACLU of West Virginia. Since 1996, Mr. Morgan has been an adjunct professor at Mountain State University and Bluefield State College where he has taught courses ranging from criminal justice to civil litigation. Mr. Morgan is also noted speaker on topics such as civil rights and due process of law. As a speaker, MR. Morgan has shared the podium with such acclaimed personalities as Henry Belafonte and Jennifer Harbury.

Rachel Almond Kirkham was born and raised in Shady Spring, West Virginia. Mrs. Kirkham is a graduate of Concord University where she received Batchelor of Arts degrees in English/Journalism, English/Writing, and Political Science. Mrs. Kirkham later received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Florida Coastal School of Law where she was a Dean's scholar and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. Before coming to E. Lavoyd Morgan Jr. & Associates, Mrs. Kirkham worked in the West Virginia State Legislature during the 2005 legislative session and later for the West Virginia state Auditor's office. Mrs. Kirkham is a skilled litigator whose practice focuses on bankruptcy, general criminal and civil litigation, as well as appeals.

       Kelli Sizemore - Senior Paralegal
Kelli was born and raised in WV.  After graduating from Greenbrier East High School, she lived in Huntington, WV where she attended Marshall University.  After receiving her Associates degree in May 2006, she returned to the Greenbrier Valley and began working at E. Lavoyd Morgan, Jr. & Associates in August 2006.  In May 2009, she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bluefield State College.  In her spare time she enjoys kayaking and hiking.  Her areas of specialization include Bankruptcy Petition Preparation and Domestic Law.


Tiffany Smith - Paralegal
Tiffany was born and raised in Pennsylvania and Maryland.  She moved to Monroe County in 2002, and graduated from James Monroe High School.  She completed her Associates Degree in Law Enforcement at New River Community College.  Tiffany is currently attending Mountain State University where she is working on  bachelors degrees in Criminal Justice, Liberal Studies with a focus on Pre-law.  From there she plans to attend law school and practice law in her home state.
Tina Morgan - Office Manager
Tina is a native of Lewisburg.  After graduating from Greenbrier East High School  she attended Bluefield State College where she graduated with her Bachelors of Arts Degree in 2007.  She also holds a WV Real Estate license and works for Greenbrier Real Estate service in her spare time.  Tina is very involved in the community, she volunteered at the Greenbrier Episcopal School in White Sulphur Springs for two years, and has been serving on the Board of Directors for the Children's Youth and Advocacy Center since 2006.  Tina began working for E. Lavoyd Morgan, Jr & Associates in 2003 and her area of Specialty is Personal Injury.
