Welcome to Jerry Roselle, Attorney at Law
When the government accuses you of a crime, many emotions flood your mind; fear, anger, shame, embarrassment. You think about it constantly and perhaps you lose sleep. Some even find it difficult to eat.
The government's power over us can be overwhelming. It employs the police, the prosecutors, the judges, the probation officers, the prison guards. They all work hard to "bring you to justice." The prosecutors, for instance, are smart and skilled lawyers whose job is to prove you guilty.
What protection do you have from that power?
Jerry Roselle defends and protects you in the courts. He has over 25 years of experience in criminal law. That is his expertise. For 7½ years he, too, was a prosecutor. He brings that focus, skill, and dedication to your defense.
Jerry understands the embarrassment and anxiety that comes with an arrest or accusation. He puts clients at ease and deftly protects them without passing judgment.
You deserve a compassionate and experienced defense. It affects your entire life.
The impact an experienced, compassionate criminal defense attorney can have on your case and on your life will make a difference.

Biography:
Will was a Deputy District Attorney in both Weld and Larimer Counties for over three years. He has extensive jury trial experience in both counties. |
Practice AreasJerry focuses his DUI / DWAI practice on protecting the rights of accused clients and obtaining the best possible result in court.
Penalties for drunk driving can be severe, even for a first offense. Jerry works hard to protect clients from the Division of Motor Vehicles and to reduce fines and jail time.
In Colorado, DUI involves driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or a combination. DWAI, or driving while impaired, is a lesser offense. Drivers can be charged under the DUI per se law, which is based solely on breath or blood alcohol tests, not on driving pattern or performance on a field sobriety test.
Jerry understands complex DUI laws. He also is familiar with roadside or field sobriety tests, Intoxilyzers and blood tests and how best to challenge their admission in court. He is a certified Breath Testing expert.
If you have been stopped for DUI / DWAI, contact our firm immediately and make no statements to police. We can work quickly to protect your rights and to begin preparing a defense.
Warning: Information on the internet about law can be unreliable and incomplete. Our office provides a free consultation to speak about your specific situation.
