Richard H. Sindel 

Mr. R. Sindel concentrates in the areas of federal and state drug, capital murder, and state and federal appeals. In addition to trying cases throughout the State of Missouri, he has represented defendants in federal cases in Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, North Dakota, South Dakota and California. He has successfully argued appeals before every Missouri appellate court and the Second, Seventh and Eighth U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal. He has twice appeared before the United States Supreme Court, securing reversals for his clients in both instances.

Sindel Sindel and Noble Law GroupOur firm was founded in 1937 by St. Louis attorneys William Sindel and Tebbs Forgey, Jr. Sindel and Forgey shared the mission of providing accused people with the best possible defense. Having inherited their father’s strong belief in defending personal liberties and the rights of the accused, Richard and Charles Sindel joined the firm in the 1970s and continue today to carry out the tradition of excellence established by their father.
